Bonnet House

Created by Joseph and Jeanne Bonnet in 1948, the small inn located in the center of the village of Itxassou has evolved over the years and generations that have followed one another.

Nowadays Beñat Bonnet, Chef of the restaurant and his wife Sandrine at the reception perpetuate the family story surrounded by their team.

 

Jean-Paul and Maika, parents of Beñat have recently stopped their activities but still remain present in this house with the family spirit.

 

Bonnet Restaurant, Fronton and Agian hotels as well as the Alzuyeta farm dedicated to receptions and weddings make "La Maison Bonnet" while maintaining the values of hospitality and gourmet creations that have made the House's reputation through time.
